Define my profession
! Huge surprise… First of all, it's a vocation, for me anyhow and often
for most of my collaborators. The caricature of the private must be
abandoned : incarned by H. Bogart, always achieving when police fails.
Also to forget : the image of the reddening guy, miserably sitting a the
top of an apple tree, holding binoculars, following the adultress wife…
Folklore ! Half a century of constant practice allows me to establish a
countbook of which I can't be ashamed. I don't count anymore runaway
teenagers I brought back to their families, found heirs, solid friends
separated by odds of life that I reunited thank to my efforts. |

Speaking of this, I maintain that money, considered the " nerve of the war ", is not essential. Many are the people who left my office after opening their heart. Our job,it's a question of …luck !
